APPROACH
Our professional experience is broad. Surveys of existing conditions, ADA surveys, feasibility studies, site investigations, entitlement applications, preliminary construction cost estimating are some of the preconstruction services we provide. Our building types and projects include agile workplaces, space planning, industrial, hou sing, retail commercial, educational, Stage One and Stage Two fuel, retail merchandising, corporate commercial and master planned projects.
We are experienced in permitting, including difficult jurisdictions.
GBMA Architecture LLC is knowledgeable in available project delivery methodologies. We work with Clients who require a traditional design-bid-build approach or with Clients who may require project and program specific assistance, driven by real estate closing deadlines, or other fixed or variable requirements.
