This residential urban infill project in close proximity to a convenient stop for the new Light Rail mass transit project, employs a steel moment resisting frame and infill panels. The massing and fenestration studies shown are but one option. The final design will be updated to our web page. Cost per square foot will be controlled by the economy and rigor of the floor plan that will allow for volumetric spaces on a small building footprint.
