The Espiritu Charter School Campus sketch elevations represent the school's second major expansion project in the school's history.

The first expansion was the NFL-YET academy building and athletic field.

The second and new project by GBMA Architecture LLC represents a new enclosed gymnasium with kitchen, dance and exercise spaces, eight classrooms, including two lab classrooms, and enclosed atrium for indoor activities and circulation, and a common lobby that connects two existing buildings to the new Espiritu project.
